These are interesting enough I feel they transcend the train ...... enthusiast gene. Very well shot and the lens adds something to the perspective that works here as well.

That was poorly expressed. My reasons for posting this were related to interests superseding enjoying technological or engineering aspect of trains. More a combination of exciting viewpoint and unstylized honest view of distinctly unexciting daily life in Japan.
